Selecting the shipping method

At the end of the order process (ckeck out) the customer must choose the shipping method / carrier. If you just want to make the payment without the value of the shipment (you want a combined shipment, or wait for the arrival of another shipment) you must select the "ADD TO OTHER SHIPMENT / NON-DEFENSE SHIPPING" option. You will then be contacted by our customer support service. This option is also applied if it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost of your order. 

Delivery time

If the item is not in stock, the deadline for our facilities will be indicated on the product sheet. ECbike.pt makes every effort to reduce our waiting times to our suppliers. In case it is not possible to comply with the established deadline, our customers are contacted and invited to await your arrival.

Cost for Portuguese territory

• CTT Correio Registado 

*Except for the service between Continente and Autonomous Regions and Inter Ilhas, where the delivery pattern will depend on the transportation constraints.

• CTT Expresso

You can request the collection of your order at a collection point CTT Expresoso.
